Welcome to California State University, Los Angeles ITS Help Desk. The purpose of this web site is to provide a single location to look for information about computing resources at CSULA.     Account Services: General Account information for student, staff, and faculty.  Access to GET SA account, FAQ and Documentation.

    Anti-Spam: ITS provides spam filtering service for campus email. Just subscribe to the service and use the Quarantine Manager to control the spam filters.

    Communication Services: Find listing of resources and helpful features on telephone descriptions, instructions on telephone uses, emergency information and many more.

    Computer Training: Training Services provides free training for students and staff on various software applications.

    Documentation: Links to a variety of documentation created for general information, product support and self help purposes.

    First Aid Kit: Collection of web pages designed to vulnerabilities anti-virus, anti-spyware, as well as the Windows XP Service Pack 2 update, how to clear browser cache, and services off.

    Hardware Support:  Desktop maintenance tips, repair instructions, and campus computer specification for both faculty and students are available online.

    Open Access Labs: There are five labs available to CSULA students for instruction and research.

    Software Applications: Find downloads, obtain licensed software for home use, and information on how to and instructional guidelines for desktop services software (DSS).

    Technical Facilities & Share Classroom: Online text and video instructions, troubleshooting and assistance in enhanced classroom on campus.

    Virus Protection: Viruses can cause serious damage to computer if not removed. Download the latest Anti Virus software available and have protection against viruses, worms, or trojans.
