Using Outlook Web Access 2003

Outlook Web Access (OWA) 2003 is the official CSULA-supported student e-mail software application. You can access OWA using any computer with an Internet connection - whether you are on or off campus. OWA provides you with more than just a way to send and receive e-mail. With OWA you can manage personal and professional contacts, track tasks that are personal, professional, or school-related, and keep track of your schedule with the calendar feature. A valid NIS Account is required for you to log in and use OWA. This workshop will provide you with an in-depth understanding and demonstration of the rich, robust features of this very popular application.

Using Outlook Web Access 2003

The workshop is 90 minutes in length and will cover topics ranging from user’s interface, creating/replying to a message, managing your contacts, using calendars, and creating tasks.
